If you're looking for an exotic and unusual way to experience the Hawaiian island of Molokai, there are ways you can experience the island that few other people think of. You can see a side of the island that you wouldn't see otherwise. There are plenty of places on the island that few people go or think of going that offer a great perspective of the area. Here are some places off the beaten path that you should consider looking at to make your Hawaiian experience a truly unique on.

• Halawa Bay. This is an area that is amazing to see. The soil is rich, the water is crystal clear, and it's purely a terrific place to relax under the sun. Take your time at this location. It's worth exploring a bit. When you first look down into the valley, you'll see calm waters and a tranquil scene. However, if you go for a stroll along the bay, you'll soon see a vastly different picture. The surf turns nasty not too far from the initial view into the valley. Water pounds the rocks for a perspective that is unique.
• Moaula Falls. This is one of the most famous water falls in all of Hawaii. It is certainly worth the walk to it. It will take you 10 minutes to get there. At the falls, water tumbles some 250 feet down along rocks. It's truly a spectacular scene. The stream below is amazing in and of itself. The water is so pure there and it's truly a great place to relax and enjoy nature.
• The road on its way to Halawa Bay. Route 450 heading east to the Halawa Valley is a sight in and of itself. It's only 30 miles long, but it typically takes about an hour-and-a-half to drive. That's because it's so winding. You need to be careful when driving because you're bordering on cliffs that drop off right into the ocean. But that's also what makes it so fascinating. Enjoy the ride out there.
• One Ali-I Beach Park. This is a very rarely-used park with a great view. You can camp here, but you need to know that it's right along the road, so it often feels a bit cramped. You can see some nice waters and enjoy your time here, however. It's a great place to take a break.
