Ingredients
Chicken pieces 1/2 k.g
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Spring onion 10 nos
Garlic 1 pod
Ginger 1 piece
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder little
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method
Grind pepper to chilli powder well. Heat a vessel with quarter cup of oil and add the grinded items. Stir well in low heat. When in becomes light brown in colour remove it from the stove. Add chicken pieces , turmeric powder , salt and mix well . Keep it for one hour. Heat oil and add marinated chicken . cover with a lid and cook in low fire .
