4 medium chicken breast halves
1/4 cup Dusseldorf or horseradish
2 tbsp dry sherry
1/2 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika or 1/4 tsp hot Hungarian paprika
1/2 cup rye bread crumbs-soft

Cooking Instructions:
Skin chicken breasts. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Combine mustard, sherry, and paprika. Brush 2 tablespoons of the mustard mixture evenly over top of chicken.
Place chicken, mustard side up, in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, patting lightly.
Bake uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Serve with remaining mustard mixture.
