1/4 cup raisins
5 tbsp rum-dark
1 tbsp low fat spread
1/4 cup brown sugar-light
4 bananas-peeled and halved lengthwise
1/4 tsp nutmeg-grated
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp almonds-slivered, toasted
low fromage frais or low fat vanilla ice cream, to serve

Cooking Instructions:
Put the raisins in a bowl and pour the rum over. Let them soak for about 30 minutes, until plump.
Melt the spread in a frying pan, add the sugar and stir until it has completely dissolved. Add the bananas and cook for a few minutes until tender, turning occasionally.
Sprinkle the spices over the bananas, then pour the rum and raisins over. Carefully set alight using a ling-handled match, stir gently to mix.
Scatter the slivered almonds over and serve immediately with low fat fromage frais or low fat vanilla ice cream, if you like.
