Healthy Snack For Children
A healthy snack for children which they can make themselves with real oranges. Pop them in the freezer or the refrigerator for an even tastier treat.
Ingredients:
1 lemon
1 or 2 oranges
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Peel the skin off an orange without cutting it. After peeling, cut each orange into eight round slices. Don’t separate them into sections. Remove the seeds. Place each slice in a bowl and squirt lemon juice over them. Sprinkle with sugar.
Lay sugared orange slices flat on a serving tray and place in freezer. Wait one hour, remove, and enjoy. These can also be placed in the refrigerator for a tasty alternative.
