Perrogi Dough
* 3 cups flour
* 2 eggs
* 2 Tablespoons oil
3/4 coup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients, make a well and pour in water and oil. Mix and knead until smooth. Roll out to 14" circle or square.
Perrogi Filling
* 1 pound farmers cheese (room temp.)
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 egg
* dash of salt and pepper
Put filling in middle of rolled out dough and cover with another circle of dough. Press sides with a fork.
Boil perrogies until they float. When done, fry in onions until golden.
Mix all ingredients together
