2 pkg yeast
1 c margarine
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs, beated
7 c sifted flour
2 tsp salt

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water. Melt margarine in 1 cup boiling water in saucepan; add sugar, 1 c cold water and eggs, mixing well. Stir yeast into margarine mixture. Combine flour and salt in large mixing bowl. Add yeast mixture; stir well. Turn dough into large greased bowl. Cover; place in refrigerator until ready to use. May be kept for 3 days. Remove from refrigerator; turn out on lightly floured board. Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Shape into rolls; place on greased baking pan. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven or until browned.
