INGREDIENTS

2 bananas, peeled and sliced
2 fresh pears, cored and diced
1/2 c sliced celery
1/4 c broken walnuts
2 tbsp salad dressing
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar or honey
1/8 tsp ginger

DIRECTIONS

Place first 4 ingredients in salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Pour over fruit, tossing lightly to coat. Serve in lettuce-lined salad bowls, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
