Fresh Vegetable Salad Recipe
All fresh vegetables are used in this healthy salad and is filling enough to have as a lunch or light dinner.
1 large head of washed romaine lettuce
1 sliced bell pepper
1 thinly sliced purple onion
1 diced celery stalk
2 large fresh ripe tomatoes
1 thinly sliced cucumber
2 florettes of brocolli
1 shredded carrot unpeeled
1 small sliced zuchinni
approximately 1 cup of cauliflower pieces
1 cup of sliced black california olives
Combine all the ingredients in a large salad bowl when ready to serve.
Serve with your choice of dressing
