1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
3 tablespoons sunflower oil

5 oz. dried apricots, coarsely chopped
1 cup half and half cream
3 oz. Austrian smoked cheese, grated
1 1/2 oz. fresh white breadcrumbs
