INGREDIENTS:

4 cups parboiled pudding rice
6 cups condensed milk
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 cup mixed dried fruits (i.e., mango, banana, figs, dates, etc.)
1 tsp. cinnamon

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Mix rice, milk, sugar, dried fruits, and cinnamon in a greased ovenproof deep dish. Bake in oven for 50 minutes until a medium brown skin has formed on the top. Serve hot.
