Baked Squash Pudding Recipe
A sweet baked pudding recipe made with squash.
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
2 cups squash
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and then add remaining ingredients; mix well. Place bowl in a cake pan with 1/2 inch of water. Bake for 30 minutes.
