Ingredients:

1 10-oz pkg cheddar cheese
1 lb hot bulk sausage
2 1/2 c bisquick

Cut cheese into cubes; place in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water, stirring frequently, until melted. Place sausage, bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into small balls; place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree over for 15 minutes. May be frozen before baking. Place on cookie sheet; freeze until firm. Place in plastic bags freeze.
