Hot Buttered Rum Cider Recipe
This recipe combines the tastes of hot buttered rum with apple cider. Perfect for the winter nights.
INGREDIENTS
2 quarts apple cider
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 jigger of rum for each mug
nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Heat cider and sugar to boiling. Remove from heat. Add butter. Put rum in each mug. Pour hot cider into mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes about 16 mugs.
