1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup pecans, chopped fine
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoon corn syrup
3 tablespoon Rum
1/4 teaspoon almond extract


Directions:

Mix cocoa and confectioners sugar together and combine with cookie crumbs and pecans.

Add corn syrup, rum and flavorings. Roll into 1" balls, and then roll in granulated sugar.

Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
