Ingredients

Potatoes, 250 grams
Garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon
Salt, to taste
Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons

Method

Cook potatoes well and remove the skin. When they become cool, cut into small pieces. Heat a pan with oil and put in all powders. Stir on low heat. Add potato pieces and sprinkle some water. Stir continuously for sometime. When they become light brown in color, remove from the stove.
