Pineapple Rice Pudding Recipe
A delicious recipe for rice pudding with pineapple.
1½ cup cooked rice
1½ cup drained crushed pineapple
¾ cup sugar
½ pint whipped cream
Mix all ingredients except whipped cream until sugar dissolves. Blend in whipped cream. Chill. If pudding is too thick add a little pineapple juice.
