Salisbury Steak Recipe

Simple Salisbury Steak

What you will need:

1 can mushroom gravy
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix 1/4 cup gravy, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg thoroughly. Shape firmly into 4 patties
2. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp. oil. Brown patties. Pour off fat.
3. Add remaining gravy. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook 10 min. or until done. Serves 4.
