Ginger Raitha Recipe
Ginger Raitha is a good appetizer. It can be used with rice or Chappathis.
Ingredients
Ginger, 10 grams
Grated coconut, 1 cup
Curd, 2 cups
Grated green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili pieces, 4 nos
Mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves, to taste
Salt, to taste
Method
Grind ginger with coconut. Mix with salt , green chili pieces, and curd. Heat a little oil in a vessel and put in mustard seeds, red chili pieces, and curry leaves. Garnish with coriander leaves and use. Ginger is a very good appetizer, and it can be used with any dish.
