Prawns Cutlet Recipe
Prawn cutlet is a super dish which can be used with sauce and onion salad.
Fresh cleaned prawns 2 cups
Cooked and smashed potato 2 cups
Big onion pieces [grated] 1 cup
Green chilli pieces 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste ½ teaspoon
Ginger paste ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Chopped curry leaves 1 tablespoon
Egg white ¼ cup
Powdered bread 2 cups
Oil 2 cups
Cook prawns with salt, turmeric powder and little water. Cook the potatos well and remove the skin and smash. Put little oil in a vessel and add onion pieces and chillies. When it becomes light brown in colour add Garlic and ginger paste. Stir well until brown. Add smashed potatos. Crush the prawns and mix well with it. Take small portions one by one and spread like cutlets. Dip it in egg white one by one. Cover with bread powder and deep fry in oil.
