Potato Cheese Soup Recipe
Thick & Rich Cheese Potato Soup recipe - Soup that is fast and easy to make
First- Peel and chop 6 large potatoes in a large pan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook at boil stage until potato chunks are soft.DO NOT DRAIN!
Add 1/2 cup of milk and 2 heaping Tablespoons of butter. Mix well.
Next- Fry 1 pound of bacon until crisp(saving 2 Tablespoons of the bacon fat). Crumble bacon into the potato mixture. Add the bacon fat. Mix well.
Finally- Add 1 can of Chedder Cheese soup. Mix well. Let soup simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
