4 med pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place pork chops in 13 x 9 cooking pan.
2. Combine mushroom soup, milk and pepper until mixture is smooth. Add mushrooms.
3. Pour over pork chops and bake for 1 hour or until pork chops are fully cooked.

SIDE DISHES
Mashed Potatoes
8 med potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp black pepper

1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Smash with mixer or fork until smooth.
2. Add milk and butter, salt and pepper.
3. Serve hot.

Corn on the Cob
6 ears corn
5 cups water
3 tbsp margarine
1 tsp salt

1. Boil corn in water for 10 minutes or until tender but not mushy.
2. Remove from water and smear with butter and sprinkle with salt.
3. Serve hot.
