INGREDIENTS
2 cups self-raising flour
pinch salt
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup boiling water

Place all ingredients into a dish. Mix well with an electric beater.

Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Pat out till it is spread out evenly.

Cover the dough with a clean, damp cloth till needed.


TOPPING 1:
1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
1 packet of bacon, grilled
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, grated
1 cup grated Gouda (sweetmilk) cheese
Pinch parsley

Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.

Fry the onions and add the chopped tomatoes. When cooked, spread this mixture over the tomato sauce. Sprinkle the parsley over this and place the bacon on top of the parsley. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the hot oven for a further 10 minutes.

TOPPING 2:
1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
1 cup cooked mince with seasoning of your choice
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Spread the tomatoe sauce over the dough. On top of the sauce, spread the mince mixture. Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
