Ingredients

Fresh lemon 6 nos
Green chilies 6 nos
Ginger 1 small piece
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1 tablespoon


Method


Steam lemon well. When it cools cut into small pieces. Add salt and keep for sometime. Cut green chilies and ginger into small pieces and add with lemon. Heat vinegar and allow to cool. Mix with the pickle and use after three days.
