Ingredients:


Mix until creamy with mixer on high speed:

1 cup butter flavor Crisco (European residents use Butter)
1/2 cup granulated or caster sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring (for best results don't use artificial flavoring)
2 medium or large eggs

Stir in remaining ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour
1 heaping tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Stir in the final ingredients:
1 cup shelled, chopped pecans (after they are chopped, place between 2 pieces of waxed paper and use a marble rolling pin to crush into a finer crumb mixture. )

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (They MUST be semi sweet)

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased AIRBAKE cookie sheet for approximately 8 minutes or until the cookie is cooked throughout. To test them, try to slide a cookie off the sheet easily, if it does not move, its not done yet. Do not overcook, as these cookies harden as they cool.

Cool on the pan for about 5 minutes then move to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
