Ingredients:

2-14 oz cans peaches in lite syrup, drained
1 c flour
1 c sugar
Reserved syrup from peaches
1/2 to 3/4 c milk

Sift together flour and sugar. Add reserved syrup and mix until batter is consistency to pour. If batter still has flour showing, add milk, gradually, until batter is of right consistency. Pour batter into greased 9x13 baking pan. Add peaches. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool on wire rack. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
