Ingredients

Paneer 100 grams
Big onion 2nos
Tomato 1
Green chilli pieces 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coconut milk 1 cup

Method

Cut paneer into small pieces and fry until it becomes light brown in colour.Heat little oil in a vessel and put onion pieces and stir well. After a few minutes add tomato pieces , green chilli pieces, ginger garlic paste ,garam masala, turmeric powder and chilli powder.Stir until it becomes brown in colour . Add paneer and coconut milk. Mix well for sometime when it starts boiling remove it from the stove.Paneer masala is hot and tasty and can be used with any type of food.
