1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups old fashioned oats
6 ounces butterscotch chips
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Sift together flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla beating until creamy. Add flour mixture gradually. Stir in oats, butterscotch and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 7 - 8 minutes.
