Ingredients

Small tender mango 1 kg

Chilly powder 1 cup

Salt ½ cup

Mustard powder 1 teaspoon

Asafoetida a small piece

Method

Wash the mangos well with running water. Retain a small portion of the tip and put in a glass jar with salt for one week. Remove the lid and add other ingredients. Cover the lid tightly. After one month it can be use.
