Mango Juice Smoothie
It is a delicious drink that gives coolness to the body.
Ingredients:
Sweet ripe mangoes 250 grams
Milk 6 cups
Sugar 4-table spoon
Cardamom powder a pinch
Ice cubes 4
Method.
Remove the skin of the mango and cut into pieces. Put it in a mixi. Add sugar and milk. Blend well for few minutes. Put cardamom powder and mix well. Put ice cubes and use.
