INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds sliced beef
7 tablespoons soy sauce
3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/3 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients except sliced beef. In large bowl, layer beef and soy mixture. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Stir-fry beef in frying pan until color changes. Serve immediately.
