INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
jalapenos, chopped (usually, add 3-4)
2 tablespoons oil (this is necessary)
3 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
one large can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes


DIRECTIONS

Heat vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, and garlic on low in a saucepan until dissolved. Then remove from burner. With a food processor or hand blender, puree tomatoes. Add onions, jalapenos, and tomatoes to saucepan. Stir. Chill.
