Goulash Rice Recipe
Tired of your same old goulash dish? Try this rice recipe that is a nice change of pace.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound hamburger
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups stewed tomatoes
DIRECTIONS:
In skillet brown meat, onion, pepper, and chili powder. Add rice and stir until glazed. Add broth and bring to a boil. Cover and cook until broth is absorbed (about 10 minutes). Add tomatoes.
Put in a casserole dish and microwave for 15 minutes or until rice is done.
