Garlic Cheese Grits Recipe
Try this garlic cheese gits recipe for a way to spice up those ordinary grits.
3 1/2 c water
1 tsp salt
1 c grits
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c melted margarine or butter
Bring water and salt to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Stir in grits; cook until thick. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour eggs into a 1 c measure; add enough milk to make make one cup of liquid. Stir margarine and milk mixture into grits; pour into greased 9"x12" inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Enjoy!
