The trick to making all these treats is that you must begin with thoroughly frozen fruit, preferably 24 hours. Before freezing peel all fruits and cut into sizes that will accommodate your juice machine. Process in juice machine as you would if you were making juice.

Your frozen dessert will not come out into the container that normally holds the juice. It will be in the container that normally holds the fruit and vegetable peelings.

You now have a frozen dessert with the consistency of sherbet. Put in separate container, blend in remaining ingredients. You can keep it in the freezer for up to 45 minutes but is best if served immediately.

These frozen desserts are very easy and simple to make. You can try many different variations by mixing different fruits together, like banana and strawberry. Most fruits work very well with the exception of Oranges, Grapes, and Grapefruits.
