Fried Banana Recipe
This fried banana recipe is easy to make and it is an excellent snack for evening tea.
Ingredients:
Ripe Bananas 4
Wheat flour or Basen flour 1 cup
Crushed cardamam 2 seeds
Salt little
Oil 2 cups
Method:
Put flour salt and cardamom in a vessel and add little water to make batter. Discard the skin of the Banana and cut into small pieces. Dip the banana pieces into the batter and deep fry in oil. Serve it hot.
