Ingredients:

1 c sugar
1/2 c white corn syrup
juice of 1 lemon
rind of one lemon
3 eggs
1/4 tsp lemon extract
1/4 tsp butter flavoring
1 c crushed graham crackers
1 unbaked pastry shell

Mix ingredients in order listed. Pour into unbaked pastry shell Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and serve.
