Dosa Recipe
A delicious recipe for cheese dosa-- better than just ordinary Dosas. Great for breakfast!
Cheese Dosa
Ingredients:
Raw rice 2 cups
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tablespoon
Urad dal 1/4 cup
Cooked rice 1/2 cup
Grated cheese 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Method:
Put raw rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in water for 7 hours. Grind it well with cooked rice and salt. Ferment the batter for 7 to 8 hours. Keep a non stick pan in the stove with low heat. Stir dosa batter well and pour little batter with a big spoon in to the pan and spread. When it becomes light brown in colour put a teaspoon of cheese and fold. It can be used with coconut chutney.
