Ingredients

Fleshy fish ½ kg

Coconut milk 2 cups

Red chilly powder ½ teaspoon

Turmeric powder, to taste
salt

Pepper powder a pinch

Tomato pieces ½ cup

Big onion pieces 1 tablespoon

Green chillies 1 tablespoon

Curry leaves 10

Method

Clean the fish pieces and marinate with powders of chilli, turmeric, pepper and salt. Keep for one hour and fry in oil. Keep a vessel in a stove with little oil. Put onion, green chillies, tomato pieces and pepper. Stir well in low heat. When the nice smell comes add little water. When it started boiling add fish and little salt. Cook well. Add thick coconut milk. When it starts boiling remove it from the stove and add curry leaves.
