English Knickerbocker Sundae Recipe
This English sundae recipe is filled with fruit jelly, canned peaches, cream, hazelnut chocolate cream, sweet cream and walnuts and topped with glace cherries.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 made-up packet of strawberry jelly
1 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp. chocolate hazelnut spread
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup canned peaches, drained
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
4 tbsp. glace cherries
METHOD:
Using 4 sundae glasses, spoon in peaches, followed by strawberry jelly. Add sweetened condensed milk and walnuts.
Combine hazelnut spread and sour cream. Add to glasses. Top with whipped cream and glace cherries. Serve chilled.
