Elephant Ear Recipe
Try this tempting elephant ear recipe to spice up your breakfasts!
12 Rhodes Tesas rolls, thawed and risen
Vegetable oil
Powdered sugar, if desired
Pour oil 2-3 inches deep into a small sauce pan or an electric skillet and heat to medium high or 375 degrees. Flatten each roll into a 5-inch circle. Fry dough on each side until golden brown (about 15 seconds per side.) Remove and drain on papaer towels. Serve hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
