INGREDIENTS

250 gram ribbon noodles
4 - 5 Tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 cup of peas (tinned and drained, or fresh and cooked)
250 gram ham or polony, cut into strips
Black pepper to taste

Cook noodles till tender, drain and set aside in the saucepan.

Add all the other ingredients, toss together.

Heat for a further 5 - 10 minutes over a low heat.
