8 Rhodes Texas rolls, thawed and risen
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c raisins

Icing:
1 c powdered sugar
1 tbsp butter, sotened
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 tsp milk

Press rolls together and roll into a 12x15 inch rectangle. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and butter. Add raisins. Spread filling on dough. Starting with shorter side, roll dough up tightly. pinch edges to seal. jOin ends to form a ring and place seam side down on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. With scissors, make cuts neatly to the center of the ring about 1 1/2 inches apart. Turn each slice on its side resting on the adjoining slice. Cover with sprayed plasticwrap. Let rise until almost oduble. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Combine icing ingredients. Ice while still warm.
