Chili Recipe - Homemade
A great chili recipe that's also as easy as it is delicious!
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp black pepper
5 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
3 14 oz cans tomato juice
1 lb bag egg noodles (opt)
6 cups water
1. Brown beef, adding spices, but only 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper. Drain and blot with paper towel to get rid of excess grease.
2. In large pot, heat tomato juice and add the rest of the cayenne pepper.
3. In large pan, boil noodles until tender. Drain.
4. Add meat and noodles to tomato juice and simmer on low for 4 hours.
