Lasagna
2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1-16 oz pkg lasagna noodles
1-14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped mushrooms
2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
2 lb cottage or ricotta cheese
1/4 cup ground oregano
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 cup water

1. Brown ground beef, adding salt and pepper. When meat is browned, drain grease and blot with a paper towel.
2. Place spaghetti sauce in a large pan over medium heat. Add mushroom soup and mushrooms. Let simmer until mushroom soup has been absorbed by the sauce. Add meat.
3. Remove from heat. Layer in 13 x 9 inch pan the following until all ingredients are gone:
Uncooked lasagna noodles
Meat sauce
Cottage cheese
cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
4. Add water to the sides to cook noodles. Bake for 60 minutes in 425 degree oven until golden brown.
5. Serve hot. Serves 12-15
