Chocolate Pecan Puffs Recipe
A sinfully delicious recipe for chocolate pecan puffs. Marshmallows dipped into chocolate then rolled in finely chopped pecans.
3 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Pecans, chopped fine
Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler. Stir in the milk and sugar. Cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Drop in marshmallows one at a time, then remove with toothpick when coated. Roll in finely-chopped pecans and let them harden on wax paper. Refrigeration may be necessary in warmer climates.
