Chocolate Carrot Cake Recipe
Chocolate cake and carrot cake are some of my favorites, why not try them together? Here's a great recipe.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups shredded carrots
4 ounce can coconut
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Beat flour, sugar, soil, juice, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and egss until well blended. Stir in carrots and coconut. Put batter in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 55 minutes.
