Dark Chocolate Buttercream Frosting Recipe
A wonderful chocolate buttercream frosting for cakes and cupcakes.
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
2-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Cream butter and blend in cocoa and confectioners sugar, alternately with the milk, beat until a spreading consistency is reached. Additional milk may be needed. Blend in vanilla and mix thoroughly.
