Ingredients

Fresh chicken pieces, 1/2 kg
Tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce, 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Small onion, 6 nos
Pepper, 6 nos
Salt, to taste
Turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon
Oil, 2 tablespoons

Method

Cook chicken pieces and remove bones. Heat a pan with oil and put in onion, pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir for few minutes and grind well. Mix this with chicken pieces. Add salt and both sauces. Keep it for one hour. Heat a little butter and add chicken. Reduce heat and simmer gently until it becomes soft. The curry should be reduced and thick.
