INGREDIENTS:

2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
1 cup co-jack cheese, grated
1/4 cup bleu cheese
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup pecans, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients except pecans into a ball. Roll ball into nuts on waxed paper. Chill several hours. Remove 2 hours before serving.
